Welp, I tried to do some anime waves with a wave modifier. They came out crappy so I covered them up with effects lmao. Animation is hard.... *sigh*
All artistic elements of this were painted in Photoshop then slapped in Blender as different image planes. Added the wave modifier to the water plane. Some additional light effects and color corrections in Premiere Pro, then lastly the rain and fireflies are just default effects that comes with Windows image viewer. Music was just something I recorded really quickly in Ableton. Think that's everything used for this one.
