You can make your own cloth brush like what I used in this video in the brush settings menu. Just go to Color Dynamics, set Foreground/Background Jitter to 57%, & tick the Apply Per Tip box. Use a textured brush that isn't solid so you can see the different shifts in color for the base. Then save it. It's hella easy to do, hella convenient and looks good. You're welcome.
